Disappointingly outdated shower fittings!!! Little in the way of toiletries, which feels lacking for a premium experience!!! Room safety relies on portable devices, not ideal!!! Limited dining menu offers few choices!!!

The pool area is a real highlight, surrounded by gardens that offer a slice of serenity. Rooms are beautifully decorated with local crafts, blending traditional and modern styles seamlessly, making for a relaxing stay.

The shower facilities leave much to be desired, with outdated fittings that detract from the otherwise pleasant experience. The limited dining menu is a letdown, especially given the remote location, and there's no in-room fridge unless you go through the hotel kitchen, which can feel a bit inconvenient.

We absolutely loved the beautiful extensive gardens and the stunning views from the restaurant roof. It was such a relaxing space for our family to unwind after exploring. The location offered the perfect escape, being just a short drive from Marrakech, while still providing a serene atmosphere for our little ones to enjoy the pool and gardens.

I felt right at home from the moment we arrived, Khalid and Sana they made us feel special and cared for. Had breakfast every morning on the terrace with an incredible view, the mountains looked like art in the morning sun.

We were warmly welcomed by Sana, and her team made sure our needs were met throughout our stay. The food was fresh and locally sourced, adding a lovely touch to our experience. a bit more variety in dining options would be appreciated, especially in such a remote area.

the water in the pool was a bit chilly (wish it was warmer! ). but the staff was super welcoming, the decor was stunning, and breakfast was served on the terrace with an incredible view of the mountains.

The Deluxe Family Suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, perfect for our group. It had a cozy feel and was well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. Daily cleaning kept everything fresh, and the beds were super comfy. The only downside was the lack of a fridge in the room. we had to use the hotel's kitchen for that. a great room for family bonding and relaxation.
